I was a bit nervous at first not having this miner in my physical possession, but the entire process has been very smooth and they’ve had great customer service. Brad Videon did great on the front end getting me on board, and everything went exactly how he said it would and I got up and running in Manitoba with very little hiccups back in June. Recently I needed help updating my deposit address with F2Pool Sajed Ammari was responsive and took care of it with good communication. Very happy with Compass Mining!
