So far, so good! Can only review the initial onboarding as there is it takes a bit to get up and running. John was a great help in guiding me through the process and helping me to decision equipment and hosting sites based upon what I was wanting to accomplish. Will gladly update the review as my ASICs come online.

For Compass, transparency and customer support is their first priority. This is NOT the case with other hosting companies that have high MOQs and hosting rates that change depending on who you email at what day. I have been with Compass for a couple of months now and have been very satisfied. If a miner is down, there is a very attentive customer support staff that works hard to get it back up. You can interact with any of the staff including the CEO at any time on a community Discord chat where everything is out there in the open. They strive everyday to make sure the customer is comfortable with their experience. New features and deals are constantly being experimented with to better serve the customer. I honestly do not see you getting this experience elsewhere. I highly recommend Compass. If you are interested, the 1 MOQ is a low barrier to entry to experiment and get comfortable.

I’m early days with compass, ordered two units from them for setup in Nov. Got to say so far they’ve been incredible, customer service is very good. The team are extremely involved directly with their customer base, it’s a true community. Can’t wait to get my miners up and running.
