Nicco Grimm was amazing to consult! Quick responses along with providing detail information on all my questions. I feel more informative and reassured with choosing Compass.

Sajed was great. Very responsive and detail oriented. Great concierge service from Compass!

I initially reached out Compass Mining through Vincent Vuong. Vincent was very quick to reply and immediately connected me with Kate Bryan, Sales Manager. Kate reached out and offered to set up a video meeting to answer my questions and to walk me through the process of working with Compass Mining. She did an incredible job in explaining the process and benefits of working with Compass Mining, provided me with details (that were literally just released) about the mini bundle package, and made me feel comfortable and confident to move forward with making the purchase. Kate was extremely professional, friendly, articulate and thorough. Specifically and directly because of her ability to make me comfortable, I decided to move forward with making my first Bitcoin Mining purchase. I would be confident in referring anyone I know to work with Kate Bryan through the Sales Process at Compass Mining.

I reached out to Support for a down miner. Jesus got things turned around super quickly. His side of the conversation was very friendly and helpful. I'm grateful that we've got a fast and competent crew working feverishly behind the scenes. Kudos!

Jesus G. was very helpful and provided prompt and effective advice for all of my questions. He went above and beyond and I always appreciate that level of customer service from a company. Will be sure to use Compass in the future. Thanks!

The service I received ordering for the first time was fantastic. Compass Mining made it really easy, maybe even too easy! Whenever I had any concerns or questions, John would be quick to help me out on their discord and provide all the context and information I needed. He continues to be helpful even after my order was placed, adding to my confidence in using compass mining. I will continue to use compass mining for my mining needs in the future.

Excellent customer service. Very informative!

I am really happy with the way this company does business, the miners are not overpriced, even when the market is getting heated, they contact you back when you have questions, and are honest and upfront about pricing, hosting, and maintenance issues. The guy that kept answering my questions was Nicholas Grimm, and he was exceedingly patient and helpful. Cannot recommend this company enough, very glad to have found them. Stack them Sats, ya'll.
