Compass has been very respectful and responsive even though I have fewer than 100TH hosted with them. It didn't take the full month to get my Whatsminer hashing, but it did take 3 weeks. I had been working with a hosting broker and it was very clear they had no interest in my level of business. So frustrating that broker expects you to have $50k to get your foot in the door. Anyway, Compass has been a good experience. I work in sales procuring products for customers and I can speak from experience that it is painful as hell getting anything delivered from China. So I feel for Compass, but also understand that hosting is very frustrating finding space and equipment. It does help though when you're dealing with people who actually respond to you, to treat them respectfully. You're more likely to get a good response.

Recently purchased six S19J Pro (110Th) with a year of hosting. Four were up and mining on schedule and two were up and mining within 48 hours of when they were scheduled to come online. After a few days one of the units was no longer visible on our pool account. Dylan Perry at Compass contacted the facility hosting our units and found out that the offline unit was faulty. Instead of making us wait for it to go through the RMA process they replaced it with an identical unit and got it up and running for us less than 2 days from when we reported the problem. Super happy with the way they resolved the problem, especially since we have another 18 units scheduled to come online with Compass over the next 8 months.

This company is a scam. They only accept BTC and Wire? no CC?? what the fck. - that means we as customers have no recourse!! Mining is very hard and is not guaranteed to make money. Just DCA and do not mine with these scammers!!

Nathan got me up and hashing quickly. I am a beginner miner and he was completely helpful. He even gave me a follow up email letting me know what to expect.

Reached out to the team after having received a notification of my miner having gone offline. Evan from the support team reverted swiftly and after less than an hour, the issue was resolved. Top!

Working with the Compass support team is always low friction when dealing with miner setup/config or account help. Especially like working with Jesus and his team. I've had a couple general tickets that were slow to be answered, but those seemed to be isolated events and never related to direct account/miner requests.
