Compass Mining's support is surprisingly fast. I wouldn't be able to mine at all without Compass Mining, and I can't tell you how happy I am that I am now doing something meaningful for the world as part of what I call the "New Continental Army".

Compass is as professional as they come for bitcoin mining. I've referred family and friends to compass. I couldn't give a stronger review of compass mining.

Poor experience with them so far. I purchased mining asics from Compass in July 2021 for August 2021 hosting. They failed in their due diligence to provide the promised hosting facility and notified me of a 1 month delay. Then they failed again promising to a further month later. When contacting their customer service, response times varied from 2 days to a week, so response times when raising a ticket(query) through their communications system was very poor. I have a real worry that if I have an issue with any of the miners that I have purchased that communication with them will be like getting a tooth pulled. Then after reading some of the reviews here, I have no doubt that these same customer service representatives are probably spending their time writing false/fake reviews on this site. I regret investing many thousands of dollars on this company. I may update my review if my experience with them improves but to this point they have lost my trust.

I had a quick question for Compass and they responded within 4 hours of my submission. They were very informative and provided the answer I needed.

Customer service should be rated on a scale of Coinbase being the worst and Compass being the best. These guys set the standard for being knowledgeable and responsive within their field.

Compass mining understands good customer management. Especially when things go wrong. They answer all queries accurately and promptly. I feel comfortable that my investment is in good hands. Thank you Jesus.
