Was able to get my F2Pool discount applied the same day I asked the question, thanks David!

Evan did a great job of working to resolve the issue I had with one of my miners. Appreciate all the hard work and look forward to many years of working together.

Very quick and informative responses to queries.

I bought 2 bundles of miners from Compass Mining. I am now in month 3 (February) and they have told me the mindes that were supposed to be live in month 2 will be delayed by "a few weeks". I need to pay the installments one month in advance, hence I am now required to pay for my 4th month of the bundle which is $5,800 USD a month ($23,200) and I have only had one miner online for 33 days. Compass mining cannot keep their promises around online dates. They are ruining my cashflow and send emails saying there is a delay be several weeks but remind us that we still need to pay our invoices on time. I've spent over $100,000 USD with this company and wish I had gone with another mining solution. Can't recommend them.

Compass has been amazing helping the common man/woman to begin mining.. Their support staff are super nice and helpful. No complaints.. Amazing service :)

Compass Mining was very easy to set up my new miners and their concierge staff was quick to respond and answer any questions!
