Ordered Gem Tech UV bulb as shown on the website. I received generic brand bulb that was the same specifications as Gem Tech. It fits and works so far. I called Comfort Up and the representative told me it was the same UV bulb as Gem Tech. I told them the site advertisement shows Gem Tech and my shipping package shows Gem Tech. I noticed several companies sell generic replacement UV bulbs for less. I ordered here because of the ad showing Gem Tech. Well I will be happy as long as the bulb will last for the same time the original Gem Tech product. Too much trouble to return the bulb and start searching again for another bulb.

Ordered a three ton Mini s[lit. Also, ordered two day special shipping. It took four days and we had to drive 70 miles to get it. Customer service was apologetic and got me my 70 dollar quick ship fee back on my card. At the end of the fourth day lost the job, because we could not deliver the install. When ordering make sure you have them note the Ticket to Averritt Express - 2 day shipping Dealing with them to get our product was not a good experience.. Other than that anyone need a good 3 ton heat pump? Last Comment, Comfort up's Customer service was very quick to get my refund back.

Everything arrived as described, neatly stacked on a pallet shrink wrapped and security taped.The folks at Comfortup answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with.I recommend them to anyone needing hvac .They also had the best pricing I could find anywhere.

Bought this unit through Ebay for my wife's art studio. Installation was easy and the results were fantastic. The unit came Truck Freight on a pallet. It actually arrived three days earlier than the expected date. It was Well packed and there was no damage. Pricing was very attractive. I am a service tech experienced with refrigeration and the cost was actually cheaper than I could buy it from my local dealer. Overall I am very pleased with this unit and Comfortup

My only complaint is that the manual concerning the remote could be a little clearer, if there was a small card with instructions on it instead of having to look through a large manual to find out how to manipulate the remote. Call it a cheat sheet for lack of another term. .
