Worst service ever would be an understatement
Called and got the unit ordered. Supposed to ship with remote, tracked the remote for a week while the unit sat. Finally sent unit a week late. Arrived, was told it would be delivered 1 to 2 days after I was told it would but was told it was here and I can come pick it up. Went to pick it up only to be told it was on a delivery truck to my shop, made them call the delivery truck only to be told it was in fact there at the facility where I was standing. 45 minutes later was told the unit could not be found. I left very upset as this unit was supposed to be installed the next day at a big clients home. After numerous phone calls that I had to make to them they told me the unit was sitting on a delivery truck waiting to be un loaded. After arguing with them the agreed to pull the delivery truck up and off load the unit, and it would be available for pick up the next morning bright and early. Next morning had to wait for 45 minutes until they found the unit. Will NEVER do business with this company again!
