Great service and speedy delivery!

I got good advice and a good price on my split AC for a workshop. Arrived promptly in a liftgate truck. Good technical advice during installation. AC guy will do the refrigerant next week and then I will know how well it works.

We were originally shipped a used unit. The delivery man said that he delivers hundreds of these units and that he could tell from the condition of the box that it was used. But, apparently the warehouse people could not. Original delivery was late and then once we opened the unit and discovered handwritten notes in the instruction manual, we had to request a return, request a pick up (also late) and wait for another unit. The sales rep sold my husband a remote control but didn't bother to tell him that we needed to purchase the grate that covers the back. So, another delay to get that. I couldn't find a receptacle anywhere for it so rep told me to go to any Home Depot because they work with them. Tried every Home Depot in city and they'd never heard of them and did not have the receptacle. So, another delay. Unit is installed finally and so far we are happy with it. I surely hope we do not need any service on it!

I purchased a Gree mini-split which works just fine, and keeps the family cool. Of much more interest to you the reader, is my experience with Comfortup Customer Service. There was a little mix-up in fulfillment, and I didn't receive exactly what I had ordered. Comfortup made it all better with one brief phone call! They immediately shipped the right stuff, and arranged for pick up of the incorrect item. Absolutely zero hassle! If I need anything that they carry in the future, I'm going to buy it from Comfortup!

I placed 3 separate orders for multi-unit mini-splits on the same day. Each was processed quickly and the products arrived in the scheduled time period. I even received a courtesy call asking if I needed to order linesets as they are required. Even though I intentionally did not order them, the call was appreciated. The order was received on the scheduled day with no damage to the boxes. A positive experience from beginning to end.
