All went well. One box arrived damaged. It was promptly replaced, no questions asked.

Met all my expectations.

Great product. Works as advertised. But, instructions are mediocre at best.

4 outta 5 only because I had to order linesets separately and guess what size.

Purchase went great and had it installed and decided to buy another one and the website would not let me. Had issue with payment part and have not got it to work yet.

Great service. A few hiccups with delivery.

So far so good...My complain is that your manual does not have a wiring schematic....made for some confusion. We had to call tech support for a clarification.

Cary at. Comfort up has handled three separate orders for me and I must say he has been right on. .placing my orders I am impressed with the 10 units and the shipping arrived on time with no damage.
