I am not an A/C expert but AL @ ComfortUp walked me through everything I needed and got me all fixed up. My units were going to our home on a remote island in the Bahamas so I could not afford to have any mistakes made do to the logistics and installers not having everything there and in place for the installation. I searched the internet for the best heat pump/AC Unit. One that fit the room but was a little more than it needed. That fell between a 9k-12k BTU machine... Oh ductless mini split.... Not a window unit. I settled on 5 models. Every single one was so much money from all dealers until i found comfort up.... They had a 12k btu model that was 1150. Shipped. Out the door to mine. EVERY PLACE i looked was 1450 & anywhere from 150-300 for shipping... Yikes. 1750. plus TAX. It was unreasonable for sure. Then comfort up popped up....$1148.00 to my door...like i said, best price and that includes manufacture refurbished, which i obviously didnt want but had considered because of the warranty and price difference.. Yeah, in fact i had to look to make sure the price wasnt for a remanufactured unit thats how great the pricing was. Comfort up ended up being better than home depot and lowes and other AC Equipment resellers.. Comfort up.... Blows them away. Very happy.

Sold me a new AC unit with out the sleeve it fits into THANKS should mention this on check out or before. Useless for first time install be specific people
