Placed order on Monday arrived on Wednesday. Unit installed approximately two weeks couldn't be happier. Already went through a couple of nights 32 degrees, toasty warm. Would recommend this company to anyone. Very happy.

I initially was unsure about buying here but the price was $250 less than everywhere else. This company shipped fast to my door (unlike some others that I have to meet somewhere due to their oversize trucks). I will be looking at them again when I buy the next units.

Bought 2 mini-split units from the. Had an issue with one of the units, and they were very good about replacing it.

Only issue was they never mentioned needing drain tubes. Wish they had better selection of lengths on Line-sets.

I bought a split ductless system back in January 2015 but wasn't able to install it till September due to construction holdups. When I realized that one of the lines I bought with my system didn't fit, I had to reorder. The Comfortup customer service agent allowed me to return the incorrect line for a refund. I was amazed since it had been so long since I bought the equipment from them. What a great experience for me and I will absolutely buy from them again.
