It is difficult to know whether the bulb is working or not. I write the date when I'm supposed to change it. However, without specialized equipment, you really can't tell.

I recently purchased a GREE Mini Split system from Comfortup. I called Comfortup to discuss a couple of questions prior to purchasing, the agent was very knowledgable and made the ordering process quick and simple. Everything looked good. I only rated 4 stars because I ordered the wrong line set. A representative on the phone recommended the incorrect line set size, later I ordered the system on the internet. It could have been screened by the ordering process and if I would have know these systems better I would have caught it as well.
