Got what I wanted and it works great

I almost purchased a Mini Split unit from Home Depot but I thought I should look online first. I found Comfortup online and called as I needed information on unit sizing. My customer service rep was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me order the right Mini Split unit. I received the unit in less than a week and Comfortup saved me over $1,100.00 from Home Depot's price including the free shipping. I purchased the 24,000BTU dual head unit and it works unbelievably AWESOME in my 20' X 30' with 9' ceiling shop. Great job Comfort up and I have already referred 2 friends. Dirk Flejter

I placed my order on Cyber Monday (order # 100007753) when I can get my mini split with a 15' linset with a coupon. I received the unit in about 10 days. And when I checked the price on Tuesday 12/15/2015. They are selling the same unit include a 25' linset for the same price and you can get $50 off by signup their newsletter. I asked the customer services if they can lower my invoice by $50 since it's cheaper in just 2 weeks. The owner refused to give me the discount since I got the 15' linset already. My contractor is going to install the unit this weekend. I cannot comment on the unit, but the company cannot beat their own prices within 2 weeks. I am so disappointed. If you are shopping for anything from them, be aware that you may get a better deal after cyber Monday and before Xmas.

I had a great purchase experience with Comfortup. I had to contact them during the purchase process to ask a quick question about the mini split system I was buying. The lady that helped me via the live chat was quick to get me the answer that I needed. The shipping was quick, and the item came packaged well. It was also a great deal...the best I could find on the internet at the time!
