The unit was delivered on time and arrived in excellent condition.

Ordered 12,000 GREE mini split. Unit was shipped when promised, arrived when promised; very well packed on a pallet. Everything was exactly as described. Unit replaced a failed 12 yr old 9,000 mini split on a sun-room where it was never quite large enough at the low or high temp extremes (sizing, not quality of unit was problem). This unit does much better at low temps than just the increase in size would account for; suspect the higher SEER of 25 vs 16 of old results in much less output falloff in cold weather. GREE mini split was self installed, and works perfectly. Installation instructions for unit are at best sparse.
