I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Comfort Medical since my husband's surgery and his need for ostomy supplies. My only issue has to do with the company policy of changing products that are perfect to new products that are less so. First, you changed the overnight drainage bag to one that is bulkier and thus less convenient. I understand that the previous bag was discontinued by the company that produces it, so it wasn't your fault. Now you have changed the sting-free adhesive remover from a really efficient product to a new one. The Esenta product provided is less effective and contains much less product, so I have to order three times as many, and they don't work well, so my husband experiences pain as I remove his skin barrier to change his ostomy bag. I am not at all happy with this substitution.

I needed supplies, I pressed button on app to reorder. 2-3 weeks later (when insurance will pay) a box arrived with everything I needed.
