I have had some difficulty receiving my fathers colostomy supplies in a timely manner. His insurance did change so that was one issue but not enough follow through with what they needed from his PCP to complete order. I had to call several times to move process along. If I had not called Comfort Medical staff for follow up we would still be waiting. It took 3 weeks to get supplies in and he was out!
