This review is after placing and receiving my sons 1st order. Customer service representatives are delightful, helpful and warm. I gave a 3 for the review due to communication. A few days after placing the order for ostomy supplies and all authorizations and doctors signatures were obtained I called to check on the order to find out it would ship out on a Monday. When I didn't receive it by that Thursday, I called and was informed the order didn't ship because gauze needed further authorization. Once I advised the representative to take the gauze off my order the supplies were at my door in 24 hours. If I didn't call to follow up because my son was running extremely low on ostomy supplies who knows when the supplies would have arrived and all because gauze needed to be authorized. My former supplier would email during each step of the process so if there were issues you knew to call immediately to move the process along. Overall satisfied with products sent.
