I have used this company for over a year. They continue to be prompt and dependable. I use the order on line option. It is easy to talk with a customer service representative when it should be needed. I especially like the E-mail that alerts me to reordering time. We will continue to use this company.

Rendered catheters they explained when they could resend due to insurance I explained didn't know if I could make it recalled cause I never received email conf shpt they they did ship the next day received them 4 days later went through alot of pain trying not to use catheters and only use them to relieve pain from the abdomen I was thinking about changing companies because of what happened hopefully they can explain to me what I can do at the time of reordering when I am running low when I had informed them of it

Good service, but online account set up is problematic, so I called your 800 number as indicated when the supplied duel authorization number provided online did not work, the person who answered was unable to help me, indicated someone with technical experience will call me back, but that hasn't happened yet. Why push me to setup an online account and then make it so hard to setup?
