I have called, emailed, texted for my husband’s supplies and are yet to receive them. They were initially an excellent company to work with for catheters and urine bags. However, the last two on this have been a nightmare. I’ve had to wash out urine bags because they allege to send a certain number of bags however, I’m receiving less. I guess it’s time to look for another company. Washing out urinary bags is unsanitary and not tolerated by Medicare or the FDA.

JOANNE FOLK has been amazing helping us get supplies for my father. She has been so patient with my as we learn about his ostomy needs. She has been helpful and patient with my dads doctors offices as well. I really appreciate Joanne.

Comfort Medical customer service agents have been very helpful and understanding during some recent mis-communication with my doctor's office. They really seem to understand the issues that people face who have to deal with incontinence and catheterization.

I spoke with Dulce in billing this morning and she was very helpful addressing my issues. She went above and beyond my billing questions and followed up with the customer service dept. to make certain my supplies had been shipped. She actually called me back to let me know the supplies were on their way. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and follow through.
