I had a problem with my order sitting…
I had a problem with my order sitting in “processing” for two weeks so I called the customer service line. I was connected to someone’s house where I could hear a woman talking and children crying. After a few moments of me saying “hello?”, she hung up the call without actually speaking to me. Fortunately when I called back I got a nice young man who was able to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten one of these work-from-home agents. The quality of customer service is hit and miss. I’ve had them with parrots squawking in the background, children screaming and one was even cooking, pots and pans rattling and a kitchen timer going off. I don’t like having to keep calling back in the hopes of getting someone who A) speaks fluent English and B) is actually able to do the job. If they’re cooking, cleaning, taking care of a baby, they’re not able to help customers. It’s wasting everyone’s time. Please either use some quality controls, or get rid of the work from home group and put in a proper customer service center.
