Everything ordered was delivered in a timely manner and everything was there. However, did not give 5 stars due to carrler dropping boxes outside the gate instead of on side porch as requested.

Excellent Service

Very very disappointed with comfort medical supposedly a very trusted company with very high standards. Over the past 2 weeks spoke to dozens of agents spoke to a manager named Athena she assured me that my package would be shipped over night delivery to receive on Saturday if not would be Monday at the lastest well today is Tuesday June 20,2023 and I still haven’t received any of my ostomy products I ordered from them. Called this morning and asked to speak to a manager the agent said a manager will contact me within 6 minutes 45 minutes later a manager calls me very apologetic but my order still hasn’t been shipped I’m completely out of my bags and flanges and there’s no where here to buy I guess I’m out of luck. Manager Athena assured me AGAIN that she will be pushing my order through and will be in contact with me as soon as she gets confirmation of my order being shipped it’s now 10:30 Hawai’i time I know they will be closing soon so I’m currently on the phone right now again to see what she has to say now. Been waiting for now 15 minutes no one answered yet! Since I started using this company till now it’s always been under construction long wait times some times your on hold for hours before speaking to someone never a time I call and someone answers the phone right away.

6/8/23 Contacted comfort medical to establish new account for ostomy supplies. I was connected with Evon. After about 30 mins all info was gathered and I was told that emergency supplies would be sent and a fax would be sent to my ostomy nurse for a prescription authorization. And I was assured if any issues surfaced I would be contacted. 6/15/23 I contacted my ostomy nurse and she has not received any information or request from Comfort Medical. And I have yet to receive any emergency supplies. 6/16/23 I start calling as soon as comfort medical opens and the following information is provided about my supplies. 1)Emergency supplies were ship to a wrong address. 2)No one did any followup with ostomy nurse. I request to have a supervisor contact me to discuss my lack of confidence moving forward with this company. I was assured everything was corrected and we could leave the comedy of errors behind us and a second emergency supply would be overnighted to the correct address. I agreed hoping all was resolved and thanked the supervisor. At around 3pm on 6/16/23 I have a phone message to call Evon. 20 more minutes on hold to get a message back to Evon I called so she can call me was provided. Evon finally calls back NOW ASKING IF I HAVE A COLOSTOMY OR UROSTOMY????. Comfort Medical sent the second emergency supply with the wrong pouches. I am now so frustrated I can only vote with my insurance card. COMFORT MEDICAL AND COLOPLAST are no longer on my approved supplies list.

It is very easy and quick to reorder supplies

This is the first time they sent me the wrong cathaters and I am still waiting for the correct ones.

There was some confusion on getting/receiving a bew script. I seems like it took about 45 days? Not sure about timeliness, but when I got order shipped it seemed as if the script was sitting there waiting. Overall very satisfied with company the past few years.
