Very professional service

I asked to return supplies before anything was shipped out. They also needed to change the order to a one month supply. I just received an email stating the order has been shipped. What am I supposed to do with the six hundred catheters that do not work? I need a shipping label to return please.

I have not received my order yet. It was shipped on the 6th and it is now the 28th. I spoke with Claudia at customer service and she is resending my order out overnight. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Staff operates as a unit.

The request for extra so I did not finish the produce before I returned from travel was handled very well. The regular supply however did not arrive on time. I had to recall and then because of a three day weekend it arrived after the produce was finished. I actually reduced cath to cover this delay once products did not arrive on Friday.

I did not get the name of the lady that took my call, I certainly wish I had. I had a problem with my order a d was concerned. She immediately assured that she would make sure that I would not run out of supplies. She promptly identified my problem and said she would take care of it. 2 days later I had my supplies. She took care of the customer, which in turn takes care of the company. Comfort Medical seems to be infested with these wonderful kind of folks. It was a very blessed day when I got hooked up with your company.

When my box arrived the insides were not packed . Everything was just tossed inside, and some of the boxes were crushed. but not damaged. I also needed 2 boxes of skin prep barrier wipes instead of 1. Thank you, Kathy Prater
