The box containing the catheters was excessively large and and not sealed properly. The seal was hanging by a thread. This is not the first time it has occurred.

You send out email to confirm reorder. Never shipped, no confirmation, I have to call a number of times to try to see if there is or is not an order being processed. Then you have to spend extra funds for overnight air shipment. Every order is the same! This has to be costing you a fortune in turning up customer, service, people, warehouse, etc. anxiety and part of your customers must be extreme. Your product is outstanding, but please get something done regarding your order processing.

I had a team member contact me to tell me exactly what my next steps were and where we were in the process so it made everything so much easier.

Emily's supplies came in a large box that was already open. Her colostomy supplies looked as if they were thrown in. I have never ever had supplies come this way. Some of the boxes were already open and crushed. I am currently looking for a different supplier.

All of the condom catheter tips you sent are defective. The adhesive does not stick. I have tried numerous times to call and get a different condom catheter tip sent and return these. I have been dealing with this for 2 days now. No one is getting back to me. I was in hold for Over an hour. Finally requested a call back. No call back. Your customer service sucks.

I've been receiving supplies from this company for a couple of years. But recently was told by my insurance, that I will no longer be with them. I just want to say, Thank you to Magda, Olga and Roxana for everything you've done for me. This has been the best company that I've ever been on and I feel bad that I will no longer be with this company. So, thank you once again Roxana, Olga and Magda for everything.
