Well, last month, they sent me diapers instead of my a ostomy supplies. This month I ask about a hernia belt which delayed all of my supplies for three weeks and they did send me a hernia belt but it’s a little too small. I would prefer they asked what size I needed and with two months of late supplies. I’m running a little thin would you have done really good up till then hopefully will get back on the path I know I don’t order regular because what I’m getting is a little more than I need so I have to wait to order but if we took a cut in half, I wouldn’t have enough.

Thank heaven for your service. I am for the rest of my life dependent on using urinary catheters. Your prompt response to me when my supply is running low, is a lifeline assured. Thank you. I am grateful Gail Hara

My original experience was terrible but the customer service lady took care of my problem with a smile, a laugh and with expediency. She was great.

I did not receive a delivery date .I was in the process of cancelling my orders but I need my supplies.But I am thinking about changing companies.I still have not received my urostomy supplies.

I tried contacting you 3 times and each time I was told by a service to leave my name and phone number because someone would have to call me back. No one called! I then found a number I had used when we first were looking around for supplies and was told I had the wrong dept, but at that time she got me to the right place. The order I had placed went out the day before, but was ordered 8 days before!! It had been over 50 days from previous order so why did it take so long to ship!! Then I told the lady what else I needed to add to the order ASAP and I still haven't received the product!! Of course I cannot get anyone to contact me back!!!

Most of the phone numbers listed for you are automated messages about your changing system, etc., that leave no option to speak to anyone. It took a week of trying before I could reach a human who cared about my situation. She got my order renewed in the nick of time. I wish I had gotten her name so I could publicly thank her. Hope you got it together by the next time I need to renew my order. This time was really frustrating! PS: admittedly, this was the first time I ever had a bad experience with the great folks at Comfort. Hopefully, it was just a glitch.
