After using another vendor switched to Comfort Medical and their service has been massively better!

My original supplier ran out of stock, and my insurer referred me to your company. Your agent told me you have stock in your CA warehouse so I ordered. I called in to confirm you had received authorization from my doctor and my insurance verification so you can ship, I asked and your agent confirmed that shipment would be made from your CA warehouse (important to me as I was running out of supply due to the delay caused by my original supplier out of stock), When I received the tracking number provided by your shipment notice email, I checked and found shipment was made out of your TX warehouse!!! When shipment finally arrived, delivery service (you use FedEx) left box outside secured mail room in my condo complex, thus subject box to possible theft. All of my other online purchases always end with boxes delivery INSIDE secured mail room regardless of the delivery services used!

Tremendous Customer Service prompt and courteous. Received my product a lot sooner than I thought I would no hassles just a great experience.
