Had talked to rep about need to have opening in very tip of catheter similar to one I was using. New one di not have such an opening. Furthermore orange plastic piece at other end came off. I would not recommend the service or the product.

You are wonderful, he was getting in desperate shape, almost out of his bags, just not s good situation concerning this . I don’t know what’s next. The cancer, chemo pills and anything he eats goes against his bowels. Thank you so much, I don’t know what we would do with out your help.

Someone dropped the ball last time I ordered.(The time before this order!) I told the person that I needed to increase my order to 12 caths a day and the Dr agreed. His assistant was ready to change the order when requested. When I was called for this order the Dr of record I have not been to for over 6-9 months. I had given the correct Dr info at least 1 maybe 2 orders ago. Fortunately I had a bag left over from vacation to fill in & also wash & reuse like in the Dark Ages
