I received an item that was not responsive to the request I made. As the salesperson described the item, I thought it would be a perfect response to my issue and so I ordered and received, two pieces. I will try to return them because they are of no use to me. I suggest that salespeople be better trained to understand the products that are available so that their recommendations can be more appropriate.
