Very helpful understanding and responsive

I've received the product in a timely manner and everyone I have encountered has been very helpful.

my order was weeks overdue due to a lack of communication between comfort and my doctors office each blaming the other and i was not informed by comfort of a delay of supplies causing undue stress brought on by lack of much needed supplies if comfort cannot do better i will switch to another supplier.

We had to go to the nurse to see about my dads stoma. We were going to resize for his flange due to skin being irritated. Due to his stoma being oval shape he would have to cut to size so we opted to use the ring and keep the flange size. This was on a Wednesday I called in the order for the ring, stoma powder due to irritation around stoma, lubricating packet for inside his bag. Well due to him having the lubricating in the bottle they held up the order. So we went a week with no additional supplies. I had to call for info. So then I was told they were going to overnight which y’all paid for and didn’t get it due supposedly to fedex.

Order was not shipped when expected due to a new product that was suggested by Comfort Medical rep and needed an RX by authorizing MD. I found this out after two weeks when I did a follow up call re delay. A 3m tape received was not the same as I have ordered in the past. The product in question was simply a new type of wipe, why it needed authorization I can’t imagine. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I have dealt with Comfort Medical for my ostomy supplies for years, It is always a pleasure to talk with the phone reps and the process is made easy. I have yet to encounter any problem with Comfort Medical.
