The 1st woman that called me was very rude on the phone not helpful at all and then she just sat on the order. I called 2 weeks later the woman who helped me was pretty good but then again they didn't ship the order. I had to call my doctor's office they had to call the insurance company and you guys for me to get the order. I am glad I have surgery in a month and a 1/2 and I won't have to use you guys again, Thank you.

Comfort Medical and its team are absolutely winderful! They are good on their word when they say they will do something. They go and have gone the extra mile for us. Just wish you were contracted with Moda Infinity EPO insurance. Keep up the great work!
