Always get my supplies quickly. Great customer service

This has been a smooth and seamless experience for me since the beginning of my dealings with Comfort Medical. I order online now, however, in the beginning, the representatives I spoke with were always helpful, courteous and professional. They made sure my questions were answered and that the deliveries arrived on time. I am very satisfied with this company and the service I receive. My catheters always arrive on time and I am satisfied with the product that I use. This was a bit intimidating in the beginning. I can honestly say that Comfort Medical made this necessary procedure easier by handling the logistics of ordering (including renewal of physician orders, billing, etc), delivery and customer satisfaction a normal part of their procedures. I would definitely recommend this company.

Being honest is always the best way. The Company reps are very friendly and helpful in getting the supplies you need. Other then some snafffoos with the fax number everything else went smoothly. Of course with the pandemic and the mail it is something else but still through it all everyone stayed on top of things and kept me up to date on the shipment and it arrived safely and correct. Thank you all for being there.

I love Comfort Medical. The last supply company was a nightmare and CM made it all better. I will recommend them to everyone forever!

Everything was ok at the end BUT when I ordered my supplies I had to request she repeat EVERYTHING she said because I could NOT understand her.

Order not filled correctly on 1 of the wipes. Instead of a box of them I receive a dozen or so in a ziplock baggie. Don’t remember whether it was adhesive remover or skin barrier. I’m upstairs right now and it’s downstairs. I still am using up supplies I got from the hospital and surgeon’s office.
