I have used Comfort Medical for almost 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the services. They tell you when they think the new items will be better than what you are using. The customer service is very good.

I noticed some products like the powder I never knew was offered. So ready to try it out to see if it helps. I have a good amount of supplies and am thankful for that. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of supplies.

On January 13th my wife called Comfort Medical to reorder ostomy supplies. An email was sent confirming the order was being processed and a tracking number would be sent. One week later, on January 20th materials had still not been received and when my wife called to check on her order and was told it would be sent out at that time. When the supplies still did not arrive she called once again on January 25th, after which the order was expedited and arrived within the next two days. As with many perscriptions, ostomy supplies are not something that can be done without. If there was any issues with the order I would expect that, in the least, she would have been contacted to identify and rectify them. This experience shows a total lack of regard for the needs of your consumer.

Nothing wrong with the product, except the price.

Quite easy and seems as if order was arrived much faster.
