Your company has been offering me great services for many years now. Your services have been excellent throughout those years of services.

The product arrived on time and was exactly as ordered. However, I never received an order-confirmation e-mail with an order number, or any kind of acknowledgment of my order. I ordered on a Friday, and since I didn't know if they had actually processed my order, I had to call on Monday to ask about it. That is not a good use of my time. Incidentally, when I called, I was told that they don't send an e-mail until the product(s) ship. That is a ridiculous policy. A confirming e-mail should always be sent.

A HUGE thank you to Beverly, Karen and Athena! Beverly was the first person I spoke to at Comfort Medical. I was upset and she comforted me during the entire conversation. She gathered my Father's information and quickly placed our first order. My Father used to get up every 2 hours during the night to go to the bathroom. He is now sleeping 5 hours at a time - Praise! These three ladies are an amazing asset to your company. Please appreciate them as much as I do!

I've ordered our first supply order for my Mum. I had just entered my personal information into the computer when my phone rang with your service representative. It was later in the evening of a long day and I wasn't prepared to gather my brain cells and make an organized or complete first order. Nonetheless, your representative was helpful and patient. My order contained enough (?) of the proper bases and bags but some boxes of things I'm not even familiar with. Overall, once I realize what I need to order each time , I'm sure we'll have a great relationship!

I enjoy and appreciate the prompt services. They always ship on time, never late. I have ordered catheters for two years and never had a problem with anything.

I had an excellent experience with Comfort Medical. I called them one morning and spoke with a very knowledgeable lady, who took my info, explained the procedure and about a week later my supplies arrived just like she said they would. I am very pleased and will continue to use their services.

When I call there who ever answers has always listened to me and tries to help in any way they can. I very much appreciate! Thank you! 5 stars!
