The order arrived, but when I opened it you sent the correct catheters but it has the temperature minder attachment which I told the person I talked with I did not need. The hospital that put that one in me was only because they did not have any other catheters at that time.

So easy to work with, simple process using their phone app, shipped on time, delivered early... great experience all around. ✅

They said that we was going to get the shipment on the 8 th or 9th. But we got it on the 10th of February. Good thing he has a little bit extra bags.

My original experience was very disappointing since after getting supplies for over 20 years I was informed my husband’s supplies We’re not covered by Medicare because my insurance was the primary. I told the associate that I have never had this issue before , my husband was never covered under my insurance and the associate stated to me that that’s what’s in the records and that his supplies could not be sent to until this was straightened out. I was extremely angry and told them forget it I’ll find another company which I started to look for that night when I got home from work. I got an email and a voicemail from another associate who told me please call she could give me a direct line on how I could get it straightened out immediately. So I called on my day off Wednesday the number she gave me and it took about 20 minutes with Social Security Medicare for someone who made a typo to get it straightened out and within five days my husband had his supplies so I’m back to normal and did not give the new company my business. For someone working in retail for 50 years I can appreciate great customer service and loyalty. Thank you
