Comfort Medical bought out Rocky Mointain and my resulting experience is terrible. When it was time to reorder catheters, instead of a human voice on a voice mail, an automated phone call left no message (only an unknown phone # and city). I called on February 17 to place my order and received it on February 23 - after my supply had run out. I received no help during the emergency. I made a one hour trip one way to my doctor’s office. Also, Comfort charges $5/box + shipping for antiseptic wipes after Rocky Mountain supplied them for free. I am looking for a new supplier.

When I first contacted Comfort Medical, they answered all my questions and help sign me up to receive quarterly shipments of supplies. They followed through with what they said they would do--contacted my doctor for the prescription, filed my insurance, and shipped my supplies, all within a week of my first contact. I am very satisfied.

The helpfulness of the staff in finding an appliance that will work for me was the best... I did have a problem with the shipping of my items. The box came, for all purposes, "Opened", top and partly on the bottom. All items were there and undamaged but the lack of tape was very noticeable.
