overall good service-I had to wait with no catheters for over a week- because the beginning supply that my doctor gave me ran out. I was told to reuse the same catheters for about four days and this made me nervous. I do not know if this is the fault of my doctor ordering this supply to start me out, or what? I called your company twice and was told they would put a 24 hour rush on my order. Finally the doctors office supplied me with another box. This got me by and then my order showed up. It was still about four days later. This revue is generous!

I felt comfortable with her and she made my first experience with Comfort Medical smooth and easy. I received my supplies exactly one week after ordering, even amid winter snow storms. The order was correct and I received all that l had asked for. I was also sent an email when my order was shipped including a tracking number to follow it’s route and tell me where it was at all times along the way. Was thrilled that I had the option of self catheterzation. My previous urologist should have introduced it to me. Like the pre lubricated soft cath. Great customer service
