The app was very handy and quick. Too many email reminders about reordering. Too many emails about the ease of the app. Overall very good experience.

Talked with a woman who I thought had made my order but 5 days later found out the order had never been created. Talked with original contact Joanne Folk she handled everything and my order has been received.

Very time consuming process and I ran out of supplies waiting on prescription to be filled even though I provided all necessary information. Ended up getting supplies elsewhere and then finally over a week later my supplies from Comfort Medical showed up. I have tried to return them but am still waiting for a callback with a return pickup number so they can be returned.

Everything arrived promptly and correctly. One complaint, the carton was open. Evidently not taped on top properly.

I love working with this company! I actually say to my husband after each phone call "I wish everything to do with our daughter's care was this simple!" They make reorders of supplies so seamless and simple. It's a relief in a world of dealing with so much medical frustration.
