I’ve been with comfort medical for about a year. There products are great, phone operators are very intuitive and informal when it comes to your information. Only hiccup was my last catheter supply was delayed because of primary physician prescription issues. Once resolved, a 3 month supply was direct sent at no shipping charge. Thank comfort medical .

I have always been very pleased with my orders coming in, this time however they were not packed as tightly as they usually are and one of the boxes came open with the catheters rolling all over and a second one real close to doing the same.

Was very helpful as this was my first time ordering ostomy supplies. Talked me through the process and answered all of my questions so I feel better prepared next time. Thanks for your patience...

Recieved products very quickly but the order was incomplete. We called and it was corrected very quickly and received the rest of our supplies within a couple days. Very happy with the customer service.

You do contact your customers but, you ask if I received tracking, I had not. Said would call me back. Next day you call back, no tracking but I did get another one there who said product would arrive in 5-7 days. Really? A week on supplies right after you get released from a hospital stay of 16 days and 2 emergency surgeries you aren’t going to run out to get yourself supplies to hold hog over, as the person that called me told me to do. Needless, next day, get another call, no tracking yet. Did receive package. Following day after receiving package I received tracking email? Day after that I received notice of shipment? Think your processes are not in order and delayed internally. Doesn’t look very good to your customers.

I should have been called to get MD office to get script. If I hadn't called my shipment would not gone out and I would have run out of supplies Very unhappy
