The last lady I spoke with literally changed my life. I was so happy to be out of home healthcare so I could go back to comfort medical. I wish so much I could remember her name. ordering-simple and easy quick delivery great experience

I would like to start out by saying I never write reviews. However my experience with this company since I began using their services back last August 2020 has been lackluster at best. The communication is horrid, no one ever follows up, I get incorrect information about when things are being shipped, and have even had many months worth of supplies not shipped when they said they would even after they've told me they would overnight it. While the customer service agents are very nice and I have no issues with them personally the actual service of getting the supplies and the communication between parties is ridiculous. I have let them know about my concerns many times with no progress of seeing change. Very disappointed. This is not products that can be lived without or delayed. Ostomy supplies are very important to have on hand especially when you've asked for them in advance and they still don't arrive on time. There are many times I've had to actually go to my local supply stores and buy my own products due to this company's incompetence. I hate to be a downer but I'm just being honest.

I received supplies I don't need. I don't remember "oking" the order but was told that I did. I don't understand how I could have gotten so far ahead with supplies. But then again, my memory is not so hot.
