Great to deal with and extremely helpful in negotiating a very new experience.

Customer service was professional - however my order took longer than expected to arrive and was incorrect when received. Working through replacements now - not a comfortable situation to be in - out of product and waiting for replacements.

I asked for the co pay amount before shipment, I was never notified before the product being delivered in 2 days. I contacted billing about the charge and was talked to very rude. She informed me she wouldn't know the charge for 45 days. The lady who called me about my item, self catheters for my 81 year old mother, never informed me of that. I explained I can buy them myself for a little over $2.00 a piece somewhere else. I bought 150 of them. It would have been around $350.00. Comfort medical billed her insurance $2100.00. I still do not know how much I will have to pay, 2 weeks later. Her reply to me was "why did I order from them, if I could get them at that price." I explained to her that I was never informed of prices like I had asked for before shipment.

I was receiving my catheters from another company and when I called Comfort I was told the only want to know what the catheters cost was to place an order and I was also told a cash price. Well to my surprise nothing was as I was told. The only reason I give 2 stars is they were delivered in a timely manor. It actually cost me more than the prior company so I will go back to them immediately. So disappointed in this experience.

This was my first order and everything went very smooth. They filed the insurance and delivered the product fast with no problems.

Very nice, quick to answer my questions Not thrilled with the billing be in arrears, but it seems to be the process.
