Received a call from an engaging and knowledgeable representative informing of ostomy supply request by attending Ostomy RN. After which I received all the supply discussed with representative in a timely manner.

It was first time I ordered for my little mommy. Paper work was few days , delivery was quick and product it self better quality as she used to have with previous supplier .

Not certain if this is for the order or samples, but we were SO relieved when we received the order (which came before the samples) so we didn't have to use the inadequate bags anymore! The reps were very nice and courteous. Glad they're my supplier
