Your team was extremely supportive and helpful in getting me the supplies that I needed. My physician was not responding in a timely matter in sending Comfort Medical the needed order for Medicare. The calling team and Joanne were persistent in trying to get the order. It took them 7 days plus me calling the doctor. To get me through samples were sent so I would not run out of bags before my shipment arrived. I have been very impressed with your company and the support and care you give your customers.
