Took a long time to get the Doctor and your company working togather

good service as always however, my last order was incomplete, and the missing items are important. Furthermore, I have been told that since I now have Home Health the missing items cannot be replaced by Comfort Medical. So, an error by the supplier becomes a problem for me. May be time to reconsider my supplier.

I had been getting my supplies from the same company for 40 years. After changing insurance co this year they no longer were able to provide the brand I used due to a contract they had with the insurance co. I contacted Comfort Medical and they were so understanding, polite, competent and efficient. They took care of everything for me and shipped my supplies in a short timeframe.
