Trying to get information about a new product they are carrying. They have neen my ostomy supplier for several years. Left msg for a call back. Nada after 3 hours. So I called back and was on hold for 45 minutes - nada. Either they have no care employees or they just don't

I have been unable to get continued supplies. I have talked with someone in your company every day but no one has been able to get the supplies sent out!

Customer service never answers phone

My first order was updated on July 27th with the help of Faith and it was delivered Aug 10th. Had some delays getting an updated prescription and insurance approval, but after that with the help and explanations by David and Jessica, everything worked out. My initial contact with Comfort Medical was on July 5th. The Rep was Lynette and she politely and strongly urged me to get my order down on paper that day so that when all the "busy work" got done, the order would ship. Now I understand why, but, of course, I didn't listen to her advice, and I caused the original delays. My order was 100% accurate and delivered promptly. "THANKS" to all that helped. We'll see if the next order is handled as successful as this one.

They take long time to answer phone some time have to call several times to get through. Most time I have to order one then another would rather have shipped at together 1 time a month I don’t have the room for more. They don’t always get order right then I have to return then get different items they messed up on reshipped again. I have a urostomy and colostomy and so because I can’t order them together I have to do them separately which is even more confusing. Is there anyway I can start having both urostomy and colostomy sent on same date. It would be a lot better that way so I can call each in at same day get them same time only once a month.. Thank you.
