I prefer to re-order Online but I needed to make a change to the size of the colostomy wafer opening so I phoned. The representative was patient, pleasant and found what I needed. I received the correct product I needed. Comfort Medical has always been an ease to deal with. Now I can re-order Online, as is my preference, but I am assured of stress-free communication should I need to contact Comfort Medical by phone.

I just received a bill from them for $1836.00. My primary insurance doesn't cover the cost of catheters but my secondary does @ 80%. They billed Medicare $1080 per shipment & left me a balance of $489 per shipment. I talked to Jennifer in their billing dept. & she was incredibly rude. In the meantime I was able to find a company that will deliver the exact same product & quantity to my home for $165.00 & free shipping. I will be contacting Medicare & the Attorney General in my state regarding this. I thought price gouging was illegal!!

As I recall, I ordered 90 catheters. Received 270. But it might work out. My UroLift procedure is scheduled for 12/27. So, I’ll hang on to to what I have. Can I return unused, unopened cartons? If not, I’ll give them to Central Ohio Urology Group. They’ve given me many samples. Thanks.

Very slow processing, FROM the very beginning being lead to believe order is being shipped out quickly, had to call 2+ weeks later a couple times being told one excuse or another why it’s not shipped then told it would be rush shipped out only to finally get a call to advise Product was not in stock & if I would like a different brand. If my Ostomy was permanent I would switch medical supply companies because I’m a little concerned to when I CAN order bags I will run out before I get them. So although I am happy with my supplies, not so much impressed by the service and turnaround time of receiving
