The person that took my order was very polite, helpful and personable.

We had some problems with the initial shipment of our stoma supplies. Joann Folk worked very patiently and we resolved the problems with our shipment. We are very "comforted" and very impressed by Joann's friendliness, patience and professional approach in working with us through our concerns. We are looking forward to working with her in the future.

This was our first order after being discharged from Home Health. We needed to call 3 times before our supplies were shipped to us. Apparently even if just one item is back ordered the entire shipment is held. The Staff was very friendly and apologetic but we were left almost with only 1 day of essential products barring any mishaps! Once the supplies finally arrived the order was complete. Very frustrated since it took so long to ship

Package has yet to arrive. Out of supplies, while I wait. Left your facility 8 days ago. FedEx stinks.
