I was taken care of by Faith , she was helpful and patient and understanding . She took her time , let me ask questions and she answered all and complete . I have faith in her , that she will treat me right and fair . She was very respectful to me . I need good medical supplies , I am trustful to these people , to fill my needs . They have passed expectations . They done a very good job so far .

The staff was extremely helpful. I was in a rush situation and the jumped through hoops to help me get my supplies ASAP.

Update (from 1 star to 4 stars). CM eventually called and went over and above what was needed to help me out. The rep I spoke to also said I should ask for her specifically if I have future problems. All is well -- I called for an order of supplies on Monday around 2 p.m. No callback. I called Comfort back this morning. Nearly 1 p.m. today. No callback. I suggest that you maybe consider that sometimes people are in dire need of these supplies and waiting a day or more for the privilege of placing an order...well, it's an indication, though not conclusive proof, that you might have your head upside your ass.

I was disappointed that it took six days to receive my order, especially since my samples that were to arrive in 2-3 days took 5 days to arrive. Having an ileostomy is difficult enough, but not having the much needed supplies in a timely manner is brutal.
