I ordered my supplies by calling in Thursday and was told and texted my supplies would ship out that day and receive in 2 to 3 days, I find receive until a week late

Overall a pretty good experience and I got the supplies shipped very promptly and the check with my insurance and doctor went well too I guess if there was anything I would’ve had a maybe a follow up call would be nice because I think I want to add some items and I’m not exactly sure how to do that

It took longer to get the order than expected but it was the first order and ins. had to be approved before shipment. We received the package in great condition. Everything is good. Now hoping ongoing supplies will ship smoothly.
