Upon leaving the hospital Confort medical was given order from the hospital for supplies. It took weeks to receive the supplies. I made several phone calls for supplies. I ran out of suppliers the day before I received my supplies. Customer service staff was very friendly and did everything possible to speed up my order The process needs to be revised so sick people does not endure additional stress While they are recovering from illness.

All customer representatives need to be trained with the same information. I got conflicting info from 2 different customer reps. All worked out very well in the end but it might not have if I didn't call back and get a seasoned rep.

I would like to thank the representative for introducing me to the 4” moleskin type protection that fits under the bag. It protects the tender skin beautifully and has allowed the skin underneath the bag to heal. I would recommend this service to anyone who is in need of a different company.
