I was able to order everything I needed for my husband. The much needed supplies came in one day. The sales person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. I will definitely order from this company again.

Not great. There was a lot of confusion. It seems you have a number of new employees. First an incorrect item was shipped, the item was returned. It was around 3 to 4 weeks before it was corrected. Many calls were necessary to comfort medical as well as my doctor's office.

After a little rocky start, we received the first delivery. I appreciated the patience of Comfort Medical personnel that I interfaced with. They were professional and helpful. The ability to communicate as needed moved the process along. in the end, everyone is happy.
